IK GIHORTA DAT SEGGEN tells the tragic story of Hildebrand and Hadubrand, father and son. Hildebrand left his wife and young Hadubrand over three decades ago to go on an adventurous journey, but has to meet his now adult son on the battlefield, where they face each other as enemies between the two armies. Hildebrand recognizes his son and tries to reveal himself as the long lost father, but Hadubrand still believes his father died ages ago, so the inevitable happens…
An epic, neoclassical dark ambient soundtrack to the Germanic legend of Hildebrand and Hadubrand. Digipak CD includes 8 page booklet reprint of the original ancient high German text.
